We only accept return if the product is defect or a wrong item.

Our team will investigate the return parcel.

We only approve the return is unused or new product only. 

Pack the return product with original packaging including our box, wrap it with the remaining bubble wrap to avoid damage during transit. 

Include the product paper box (Apply to both new and defect product)

Kindly provide us the Return Shipping Receipt together with your Bank Details for reimbursement. 

Please note that we deserve the right to decline the return if the parcel fails to meet the requirements above.
